Treatment of Insomnia

Another line of my research concerns the treatment of insomnia, especially the development and implementation of scalable, technology-aided delivery of CBT-I.

Eating Disorders Research

I have a long-standing interest in eating disorders research. Currently, eating disorders are very understudied in Hong Kong and Chinese communities. My research program aims to reduce the delay in treatment seeking by addressing the issues ranging from increasing public awareness of EDs to developing and testing scalable evidence-based treatments for eating disorders.
